Many
sports and activity related injuries occur from preexisting muscle
weakness and lack of flexibility. Many of these injuries can be
avoided with proper education and target conditioning.
The
program is administered by a qualified, New York state licensed
Physical Therapist and includes:
- A
one-on-one assessment of your range of motion, flexibility, strength,
and balance.
- Two
subsequent sessions of supervised exercises specifically designed
to target your individual needs.
- A
customized written plan designed to help you independently meet
your ultimate goals.
- More
visits can be requested as needed.
